Unit at Reflections at Keppel Bay on the market for $2.84 m
Unit at Reflections at Keppel Bay on the market for $2.84 m. According to Edmund Tie, which is handling the bank auction, a three-bedroom unit at Reflections at Keppel Bay, located along Keppel Bay View in District 4, will be auctioned for $2.84 million ($1,724 psf) on August 25.
The unit is located on the third floor of the development and measures 1,647 square feet. According to Joy Tan, senior director, head of auction and sales at Edmund Tie, the unit is a corner unit that provides the homeowner with “a lot of privacy.” She adds that the unit has a north-south orientation and overlooks the yacht berths with green surroundings. According to Tan, it is well-kept and in move-in condition, so investors will not need to spend much money on renovations. The unit was originally purchased for $3.77 million ($2,287 psf) in August 2012, based on URA caveats.
“We’ve had a lot of interest [in this property].” “The majority of the prospects are looking for investment because the upcoming plans for Greater Southern Waterfront could add value to the property, with more new housing, amenities, and entertainment uses,” says Tan. The Greater Southern Waterfront stretches for 2,000ha from Pasir Panjang to Marina East, and the Singapore government intends to transform it into a major gateway for urban living along the city-southern state’s coast. Tan believes that “owners will be interested in this unit because this development provides unique amenities for their residents to enjoy resort style living while remaining close to CBD workplaces.”
